Muddy Catfish Blues - Inspired by "That Riff"
This is a great little riff to learn. Normally, this riff is played by bending the 2nd fret a of the G-string up a half-step, then releasing the bend back to neutral. I've made the riff easier for acoustic guitars by replacing the bend then release of the bend on fret 2, with a hammer-on immediately followed by two pull-offs from frets 2-3-2-0. So there are no bends, just hammer-ons and pull-offs. Because there are no bends, you can play this both on acoustics and electrics easily.
